The severe winter weather has seriously disrupted school schedules in many parts of the country. Many school districts are cancelling mid winter break or spring break to make up for snow days lost during the storms. Others are extending the school year late into June. For families who have purchased or are thinking about a vacation during those times, it does not appear that Travel Protections Insurance will cover cancellations in this case. Be sure to check before you make the final payment on your vacation so you don't end up with cancellation fees that are not covered.
